To slow down and rest. To give yourself grace. You are still you underneath the role of caregiver. Give yourself the same level of care you give to all those you love.

We had a good trip. I was actually sad walking off of the ship on the last day. Vacations are always a great way to be present and just enjoy being with the people I love. 

Summer is our family’s favorite time of year. We are warm weather people. The sun, sand, and surf call to us. Our kids were out of school on Friday and on Sunday we were headed to Port Canaveral to board the Harmony of the Seas for a week-long kid-focused vacation.
