TSA Precheck covers all departures with the United States and Global Entry covers entry into the United States from international destinations. If you do any traveling at all the $85 or $100 cost is well worth it. Plus there is a list of credit card companies that provide perks (often reimbursement) to obtain your membership. 

At first, I was really mad as the documentary seemed to be dumping on the very industry I represent. I agree tourism can commercialize and potentially destroy an area, however, we must work to be responsible travelers. That means we are respectful when traveling, we learn and honor the cultures where we travel, and we give back. This entire premise was one of my motivators to enter this industry.

In the spirit of my tips for packing to best manage lost luggage, here are my tips for travel this summer and probably the rest of this year.
